Here below we provide you with the information regarding the processing of your personal data, which will be carried out by Allmazing S.r.l., with registered office in Monza (Italy), via Vittorio Emanuele II, 36, VAT code and tax code 08973810966 (hereinafter the “Company”), concerning the services offered by the latter on its website www.allmazing.com (the “Website”); in particular the Company is engaged in the management of the Website, which is a crowdsourcing platform regarding promotions, contests and editorial activity (hereinafter, the "Activity").

A. Data Controller

The Company is the data controller of the personal data you provided at the time of registration/sign-up process on the Website.

B. Categories of personal data and of data subjects

The personal data the Company collects through the Website are: name, surname, e-mail, date of birth, password (hereinafter the Data). These Data refer to the users of the Website.

C. Purposes and legal basis of processing

The Data are processed to comply with the obligations arising from a contract and/or from the law in order to make the Company carry out the Business.

The provision of Data is necessary for carrying out the Activity. In this respect, the users are requested to provide said Data for the achievement of the purpose above; the failure to provide said Data, as well as the partial and inaccurate provision, may cause you the impossibility to continue the Activity you have requested.

The Data will be also processed in order to allow the Company to send messages related to new promotions and contests it organizes jointly with its partners. Newsletter: subject to your prior express consent, the Data will be used to send communications for information and advertising purposes, including possible invitations to events and/or conferences organized or otherwise sponsored by the Company. The provision of Data is necessary to subscribe to and benefit from the newsletter service: therefore, a refusal to provide said Data will imply the impossibility to receive the Company’s newsletter. Anyway, you will be at any time able to unsubscribe from the newsletter service, by following the procedure described in each newsletter or by sending a specific notice to the Company, to the contacts referred to below in section I. (Contacts).

The Data collected through the section “Contacts” of the Website will be processed to manage the requests made in your message and to give you the necessary answers in this respect.

The provision of Data is required in order to forward the request and, therefore, the provision of said Data is mandatory; the failure to provide said Data, as well as the partial and inaccurate provision, may cause you the impossibility to forward your request and/or to receive the answer to your message.

D. Modalities of the processing

The Data will be processed both manually and by electronic means by the Company’s staff and collaborators and/or by external experts duly appointed as data processors and persons in charge of the processing.

In particular, the Data shall be accessed – for the same purposed they are collected for – by data processors belonging to the following categories:

Nature of the provision of data from the users
