Dear Client,

Pursuant to the article 13 of the legislative decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Personal Data Protection Code”), we provide you the information below, regarding the processing of Your personal data, which will be carried out by Allmazing S.r.l., with registered office in 20900 Monza (MB), via Vittorio Emanuele II, 36, VAT and tax code 08973810966 (hereinafter simply the “Company”), concerning the services offered by the Company on his website (as described below); in particular the Company deals with the management of the Allmazing’ site, which consists of a crowdsourcing platform regarding promotions and editorial activity (hereinafter, all together, the “Business”). 

A.Personal Data Controller 

The Company is the controller of the personal data you provided for at the time of registration and/or sign-up process on its website www.allmazing.com (the “Website”).
The personal data collected by the Company through the Website might include: your first and last name, your e-mail, your birthday, your password, your nick name, your biography, your mobile number, city, postal code, province, nation (hereinafter the “Data”).  
B.Purpose of the Processing
The Data are processed for the correct fulfilment of the obligations arising by agreements or by the law in order to carry out the Business required. 
The provision of the Data is mandatory for the achievement of the purposes set out above and the consequence of the missing, partial or inaccurate provision of such Data might be the impossibility to continue the Business that You required.   
Newsletter: subject to Your prior expressed consent, the Data collected during the sign-up and account creation process to the newsletter service (name, surname, e-mail address) will be used to send communications for information and academic purposes, including possible invitations to events and/or conferences organized or otherwise sponsored by the Company. The provision of the Data is necessary to register to and benefit from the newsletter service: therefore, a refusal or failure in providing the required Data might imply the impossibility to receive the Company’s newsletter. Anyway, You will be at any time able to revoke Your registration to the newsletter service by following the procedure described in each newsletter or writing a specific communication to the Company.
C.Modalities of the Processing
The Data will be processed both manually or by electronic means by the Company’s staff and  collaborators and by external experts duly appointed as data processors and people in charge of the processing and duly provided by the Company with detailed operative instructions, especially on the adoption of minimum safety measures according to the Privacy Code. The whole list of Data processors shall be consulted upon request, to be forwarded to the addresses state hereinafter. 
D.Sharing of Your Personal data
Your Data will be processed by experts (even externals to the Company) that has been specifically appointed as data processors and people in charge of the processing, duly provided with detailed operative instructions, especially on the adoption of minimum safety measures in order to guarantee the confidentiality and security of Data.
The Data will not be circulated in any way, but they might be communicated – for the same purposes pursued with the collection – to third parties belonging to the following categories:
-subjects who provide services for the electronic and telecommunication network system of the Company;
-subjects who carry out operations of control, revision and certification of the activities performed by the Company, even in Your interests;
- consultants or other subjects who provide connected services.
E.Your Rights
Pursuant to the article 7 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/03, You are entitled to contact the Company in order to exercise the rights granted by the aforementioned article to data subject, by sending an e-mail to privacy@allmazing.com.
In particular, you may (I) obtain confirm as to whether or not personal data concerning You exist and have such data communicated in an intelligible form; (II) acquire more information on the source of Data, on the purpose and on the processing methods, as well as on the logic applied to the processing carried out by electronic means; (III) request an update, a correction or  - whether in Your interest - an integration of the data concerning You; (IV) obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blockage of the data, in case Your personal data are used in violation of law, as well as oppose the use of Your personal data for advertising, direct sale, market research or marketing purposes.

The Website contains links to third parties website, over which the Company has no form of control. The Company, therefore, will not be responsible in any way for the personal data processing eventually performed by such third parties.
